**Returns:**
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Return Process:**
Initiate a return by contacting us at care@bemarketstore.com. Returns must be sent to our store address. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior authorization won't be accepted.

**Damages and Issues:**
Inspect your order upon receipt. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

**Non-Returnable Items:**
Certain items can't be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

**European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:**
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, no questions asked.

**Refunds:**
Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 days pass since approval, contact us at care@bemarketstore.com.

**Exchanges:**
For a faster exchange, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
